This version provides a rate limiting middleware for the Echo web framework. Issue #134

Features:

  • In-memory rate limiting by IP address (default) or custom keys
  • Configurable time windows and request limits
  • Customizable error and exceed handlers
  • Request rate headers (X-RateLimit-*)
  • Support for pluggable storage backends
